Tuner: A Sharp, Suspenseful Acoustic Thriller!

Tuner: A Super Tense Thriller Where Music Meets Crime 🎹🔒 Directed by Daniel Roher (the guy who made Navalny ), Tuner takes a very quiet, old-school job and turns it into a high-voltage mind game. It is a lot like those classic suspense movies where a person’s special talent becomes their biggest problem. The movie beautifully turns the simple science of sound and pitch into pure thrill, giving us a super smart robbery story. The Vibe: Amazing Sound Design Meets Big Crime 🎚️🏢 The film does a great job of showing a deep character story while keeping you on the edge of your seat. The Story: We follow a lonely, super-focused piano tuner who has a literal superpower, he has 'perfect pitch' and can understand sounds like nobody else. His quiet daily routine goes out the window when a fancy gang of criminals forces him to join them. The Robbery: The mission is perfectly made for him. He has to use his crazy good hearing to crack an impossible, high-security loc...

The Ba***ds Of Bollywood Series Review: Hype Justified?

This review is going to be a bit long. Just like Shah Rukh's son's debut was a bit drawn out. "The Bastards of Bollywood" isn't a 3-hour film, but a 7-episode series that you can binge-watch in 5 hours. And in this show, Shah Rukh Khan is called the "King of the Hour." Maybe only his son could have done that. And even more, every episode of this series features a cameo by an actor who could easily carry an entire series on their own. I probably shouldn't have mentioned that. But Emraan Hashmi's cameo in this show is very creative. Aamir, Rajamouli, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, but leaving all of them aside, Imran Hasmi's cameo is probably the best in Bollywood in the last 5 years, agreed? The world is a fair of beauties, and in this fair, Junior Shah Rukh has played around with celebrities. And what have they done? Let me tell you. Oh, speaking of beauties, why isn't Tamanna's song that was shown on social media in this show? The public will definitely demand an answer. What is the show about?

The title clearly says "Bollywood." It's the story of a new actor whose first film becomes a huge hit on the big screen. But a director makes an actor a star, and the first person to enter the hero's life is Bollywood itself. Meaning Karan Johar, the career launcher himself. But this hero is a bit quirky. In his own words, there are many stars in the film industry, but only one sky. And that sky is the name of our hero. We have the hero, we have the director. Now, we only need one thing: the heroine, who is actually the complete opposite of the hero. A beautiful showpiece character born from nepotism. Look at this face, he's not just the girl's father, he's the father of the entire film industry. Name: Ajay Talwar, job: keeping Bollywood in his grip. And he can shed a lot of blood to make his daughter's first film the biggest film in the world. But a kid from yesterday, the hero of his film?

Get out of here. So, on one side there's a revolver. On the other, a sword, and a beautiful woman trapped between the thugs. The underworld element is yet to enter this story, after which you'll be shouting "Damn it, you bastard!" If you're shocked by the language I'm using, then sorry, this show will expose you to things after which swearing will seem perfectly normal. They've tried to show how a film within a film is made. The kind of film industry politics that never comes to light. Aryan has exposed it. It's an unfiltered show, showing whatever came to his mind. That's why this show definitely won't be for everyone. They might not even be able to watch more than two or three episodes. It's their choice. There's a lot of swearing. Some scenes also show adult content. Like using his real-life case to make fun of himself. He even didn't spare the officer who made Aryan Khan famous. "Say no to drugs" is written prominently at the end of the first episode.

See, the guy has guts. He's taking risks. He's not answering people with words, but with cinema. Anyway, let me tell you this. I wanted to say this part at the very end, but I'm telling you now. This show isn't just drama, melodrama, or hype. A mind-blowing twist is hidden at the very end that would make even big thriller films look bad. Such a twist that no one would have expected when they heard the name of this show. How was this twist kept hidden for seven episodes? This alone is enough to get Aryan his next film. It's a big-budget show, yet they chose actors who aren't very famous. Why? So that people can't predict the story beforehand. If there were big actors, everyone would know who would win and who would lose. But looking at this poster, you can't tell how this show will end. This is the biggest X-factor of this series – something different, new, and unique in cinema.

On one hand, the film industry, and on the other, the personal life behind the hero's image – the camera action and the family emotions. Both run parallel like railway tracks, and when they collide, sparks fly. The show ignites. 100% of the viewers are watching this show because of Aryan Khan, and some Kill fans want to see Lakshya versus Raghav again. But Manoj sir has come out of the blue. What a wonderfully funny character he has created! He's like an unexpected bombshell. The words that come out of his mouth, the punches he delivers to Badshah, and the comedy he does with Raghav – nobody could have predicted it, but you will definitely become his fan. Aryan Khan's face isn't seen anywhere in the entire show, but he's portraying this hero as his own avatar. Lakshya's performance is outstanding from beginning to end, and Raghav's support is commendable. If they had made him the lead in this show, the series could have been even darker.

Who knows, maybe their dream will come true in season 2. You won't connect much with the film actress. Although her acting is good, they portrayed nepotism a little too realistically. They showed the actress as living in her own separate world. The show gets 3 out of 5 stars. Unfiltered human writing, creatively portrayed supporting characters. The use of actors, the casting of the show, and everyone's performance were all great, plus an extra thumbs up for Emraan Hashmi's cameo. On the negative side, the action and fight scenes weren't as intense as the trailer suggested, and Bobby Deol didn't quite come across as a truly menacing, mastermind villain. It's different and unique, but it might not appeal to everyone.

Narivetta: The Wolf Hunt Movie Review: Tovino Thomas' Boldest Film YET??

So, I watched the movie Narivetta, which actually released in theatres a month ago. But I didn’t get a chance to watch it earlier because there was no watch option available here. I wanted to watch it mainly because, first of all, Malayalam films usually have strong content, and secondly, this movie had created quite a hype after its theatrical release. Now, this movie has come on Sony Liv, it was supposed to release on 11th July, but they uploaded it a day earlier. Anyway, it’s finally here, and I have watched it. The total length of the movie is around two hours and fifteen minutes. The first half may make you wonder whether to continue watching or not because the gripping moments, which you expect in any content, disappear after the first 15 minutes. It follows a simple storyline about one man who is poor but educated. He works very hard to become an IPS officer, but due to his family’s poor financial condition, he is forced to take a job as a CRPF constable. After that, the story t...

Meiyazhagan Movie Review: A Story of Stories, Forgotten Memories, and Quiet Reflections

You cannot call yourself a true fan of Indian cinema until you have watched the masterpiece 96 from the Tamil film industry. It is an experience that takes all of us back in time under the pretext of showing a film. This cinema is more real and emotional than real life itself, where you start finding yourself, and when the film ends, you try your best to somehow change its ending. Very few movies are made that you won’t find a single person in the entire world speaking against. Every person who has watched this film became a lifelong fan. The story of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha was truly once in a lifetime. Every single scene in the film was perfect, every dialogue had meaning, and the music was heavenly. But listen carefully, I said ‘was’, because past tense no longer applies. Now, in the present, there is a film that can rival 96, a film so flawless that no human on this earth can find a mistake in it. If anyone asks for the true meaning of the word ‘cinema’, just show them this fil...

Argylle Movie Review: A Shocking No-Hype Film

So I went to see Superman i.e. Henry Cavill's latest film Argylle which is a spy comedy thriller movie of 2 hours 19 minutes. How is this film, let's talk. Well hello, my name is Artist and we will meet again and again. First of all, this film is not hyped, brother, no seriously, the show I went to, the theatre was actually completely empty. Well, is it worth taking interest or not? Let's talk about the movie, brother, even though its story is from a spy genre, Story telling and concept shown is very different, I mean from a writer's point of view, in the first half you will feel as if you are watching a super natural fictional story, I will not tell much otherwise it will be a spoiler. But the way the writer's fictional character has been connected with real life was great and also I liked the action sequences and editing of this film is the best, the best example of which you can see in its train sequence. You will find it in the sequence where a good fight is goi...
