Merry Christmas Movie Review: A Different Yet Humorous and Interesting Movie

So yes brother guys, Merry Christmas, I mean a movie named Merry Christmas which has come in theaters with Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif which is a suspense thriller movie with black comedy which is also called dark comedy.

If you have seen then how is this movie, let's talk about this film of Shriram Raghavan who had directed the last film Andhadhun in 2018, which you know at what level it was because of its concept and engaging thriller story line, the same style will be given to you.

This will also be seen in the story of two strangers who meet on Christmas Eve, the conversation is about recognition etc. which continues till the entire first half and in the entire first half there is only 90% of the talk but those talks are also so interesting that if you If you look closely, you will get emotionally connected with their words.


In between, Vijay sir's cute humor keeps going on. Due to cuteness, I remember Vijay sir and Katrina Kaif's strange dance, that too, one take and you will love. As soon as Sanjay Kapoor enters in the second half, it is an extended cameo, you will be out of your mind, what is happening, even Radhika Apte had a small cameo.

And twists and turns have been shown regarding that too, I mean, so many questions will come in the mind that what mind blowing brain has the maker used to create such a concept, the whole story is just a game of words and you can't miss a bit of it like this.

Don't assume that in the middle of the movie, I can use the phone otherwise in the pursuit of your 2 minutes of pleasure, the theme of the entire movie will go out of your mind. The second half of the movie is specially built very well.

In this entire movie, everyone has won hearts with their respective performances. The movie is almost two and a half hours long and without any action and masala, it keeps you glued to the seat. Yes, compare it with Andhadhun, it is one level below. But it gives complete enjoyment.

The questions that keep running in your mind from the beginning of the movie gradually unfold in the second half and you will get attached to the film. For me, it was a completely entertaining film which I have enjoyed. And yes, there is no vulgar scene etc. There is a kiss or two, it goes on as much as it is, so there is family friendly content, no worries, the movie gets 3.5 out of five stars from my side.
