Story:
I know this Topic will not give me views but this is Important for Cinema which is a medium that sometimes just entertains people, sometimes teaches something, sometimes shows the reality in front of us and sometimes shows a world which sometimes does not exist. It does not do what we call fictional stories etc. While Joram's story is said to be fictional, somewhere it reveals the truth of real life tribal caste and group. Dasru and his wife live happily in a village but suddenly something happens which makes them He has to go to Mumbai, he starts working as a laborer and now he has a 3-month-old lovely daughter, but again there is a twist in the story when Dasru comes home to his hut and finds that someone has brutally hanged his wife upside down. He is also attacked, but why all this, why did he have to leave his village, why his wife was killed and why are people after him, to know this you can go to the theater and watch the movie, provided Animal does not eat up shows of Zoram in your locality. In Mumbai, where I live, there are almost 5 to 10 theaters only which have shows of Joram's which denotes that the hype of the film is very low. Only a few people came there with great difficulty.

The reason behind that is that this film has not been made to entertain you, it will show you how reality is portrayed on screen without glamorizing it. This will show you how politics works in rural areas especially in tribal areas. This will show you pure acting performances. Brother, what is this Manoj Sir? If you call him a chameleon who will change the colors of the cinema industry, it would be good, maybe you can give him any day, he is perfect in that. You will fit in, no glamor is pure performance but one thing I would like to tell you is that this movie is definitely not for everyone because there is no glamor in it, no sizzling music that will pump you up, no abuses, no glamorous heroines, no cigarette or smoking. The unrealistic heroes who call themselves Alpha Male are not here and only grounded cinema.

Strictly not for everyone, I repeat not for everyone, there are such movies which we put in the category of critically acclaimed movies, which are not released anywhere. First it goes to International Film Festival and it also went to the Rotterdam Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival, Durban Film Festival, Busan Film Festival and Chicago Film Festival and such films are never meant for mass audience, it has limited audience criteria. So then, If you feel like watching the film then definitely give it a chance and even if you watch it with family there is no issue. Yes, I found its climax a bit strange but after a lot of deep thinking I realized life is how it should be and go watch more such films. Give it a chance too, it would have been better if the story had been kept a little more tight, that's why I think this film deserves four stars. But still I don't know whether this movie will be played in front of Animal or not, I don't know whether people will watch it or not.
